Biography:

The son of a high-ranking sumo wrestler, Masao Ishii orginally followed in his father's footsteps, becoming a rikishi at the age of 16. He wasn't very good at it though, and quit in 1998. Began training under Yosihiro Yujiro, debuting in 1999. Lurked the indies for the first five years of his career, his most notable success coming when he entered junior heavyweight promotion VSP and formed the "Chojin Devils" unit with Katsuo Ishida and Power Boy Kasei. The three have since become a popular attraction for several independent promotions.
