Biography: Hasegawa was trained in the dojo of local Osaka independent group, "Golden Puroresu", where he stood out as one of the top (And few...) graduates of the school. Graduating along with him were Sota Fujimoto and Onyx. Due to the small roster the group had, Hasegawa was pushed quickly, becoming the Golden Puroresu Singles Champion just two months after debuting, defeating the top heel of the promotion (And dojo instructor), UM-E-DA. Hasegawa's run as champion only lasted a little over a month, as he lost the belt quickly to the new top heel of the group, Boa KING.

After ceasing operations, Hiromi began promoting independent rallies in the Habikino area of Osaka under the "H20" banner. The group ran every month, featuring former GPW talent like Sota Fujimoto and Onyx. Hasegawa was the top star for the group, winning the Habikino City Jr. Heavyweight title on three occasions, and was the final champion when H20 was sealed in early 2006.

For his entire four-year career, Hasegawa has had long standing rivalries with both Onyx and Sota Fujimoto, who has somewhat always been in the shadow of Hasegawa.
